The warranty covers problems resulting from manufacturing or packaging defects.
Comprehensive defects
Guaranteed in case the product is damaged from the manufacturing process, such as cigars or cigarettes that leak, damaged packaging, or cigars with an unusual smell.
Customers must report defects within 7 days of receiving the product, with proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, or photo of the product).
Exceptions to the warranty
The warranty does not cover cases caused by:
Damage caused by improper use or improper storage
Opening the package and not using it, or storing it in a place with high temperature or high humidity.

Request for Warranty

The customer must return the product to us for inspection and keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
Product exchange or return
Cigarettes and CIGAR Cannot be returned or exchanged if no defects are found resulting from the manufacturing process.
