    • The warranty covers problems resulting from manufacturing or packaging defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Comprehensive defects<\/strong>\n

      • Guaranteed in case the product is damaged from the manufacturing process, such as cigars or cigarettes that leak, damaged packaging, or cigars with an unusual smell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Customers must report defects within 7 days of receiving the product, with proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, or photo of the product).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Exceptions to the warranty<\/strong>\n
